Default Power window issue.. please help!!!!

I have a question.... I have a 1996 Camaro SS and my passenger side power window switch has always worked backwards since I got the car.. I bought it used. I tried switching some of the wires around on the clip that plugs into the power window switch. And now the power window will not go up.. it went all the way down now it will not do anything by either the drivers side or the passenger side witch. What have I totally ****ed up here?? I am afraid I burned the motor out in the door or maybe just a switch. And does the express down modual have any function with the passenger side window? Cause my power window on my passenger side will not go up as you know and its stuck down. I need to get it up so I can try to replace the motor if the switch is not the problem.

my 93 book shows the auto down modual is issolated and does not power the pas side window. should be abe to check the switch with a volt/ohm meter. changing the motor is not that bad. make sure u get a good motor and not a cheep one. i think auto zone has a oem replacement. whoever owned my current camaro put in a cheep one and the motor makes a clicking kind of noise when working. my driver side is going so i will be doing one soon. heres a site to tell u how to change motor.
