is there any way to find out if the previous owner used synthetic or regular oil???
this way i ll know if i need to do the engine flush...
from what i hear, synthetic is recommended...

Yes, synthetic will last longer and hold up better and stay cooler. If you are unsure I would say drain it and get some new oil. Change the oil filter while you are at it.

well, i thought that i have to do an engine flush to properly change from regular to synthetic
the problem is i already drained the sob, so i cant drive to an oil change place...

go buy synthetic oil we use castrol get a good filter and there ya go just keep using synthetic thats what the shop does
