Default No power steering

So I put in a new pump and then did the air bleed procedure that shbox and my manual both have. They are also the same procedure I do at work so I know I'm doing it right. Well anyways, it doesn't whine or groan, no noises at all, no leaks at all, and fluid level is good. Everything checks out good except I have no power steering. What could it possibly be? Should I try flushing the whole system and redoing it or keep trying?

Never mind guys, I fixed it. The new (remanned) pump was bad. I took the hgih pressure side fitting off and found the check valve wasn't opening and it wasn't allowing fluid to pump completely through I guess. I put my old pump back on and now I have power steering again lol

Yeah man, I was a little ehh when I got this one. The parts guy at my job says they're discontinued through GM and you can only get aftermarket, and all aftermarket I called only had remanned pumps. Sucks
