A good set of LT headers should have no problem with clearance, if you're being careful over the dips and speed bumps(as you should be anyway!), you shouldn't have an issue...on the other hand, remeber this is coming from someone who owns Kooks headers, which have very good fit/clearance. Whith my headers and Y pipe, the clearance is only about a 1/2 inch less than stock.
