Multiple misfires, if not ignition related, usuallyare the result of a lean fuel mixture. Look for clogged injectors, clogged fuel filter, bad fuel pump or pressure regulator. Also try a different ignition module if you haven't changed it already. The O2 sensors, usually when the break, the PCM defaults to a rich mixture, so I don't think they are your problem. However; you can look at them with a scanner and make sure that they are active. If the voltage varies at a rapid rate, they are good, and it is a waste of money to change them.

Hey man my car did the same thing. I have an LS1 but my car did this and it caused all kinds of headaches. It ended up being that both of my 02 sensors were screwed. I pulled all the spark plugs and the 4th one on the driver side was wet and smelled like gas. All 4 on the passenger side were black as death and pretty burnt up. I replaced my plugs and still had the same problem. I got a ? did you happen to drive through deep water recently. If you have longtube headers the 02 sensors sit alot lower to the ground and can get water in/on them and cause all kinds of screwy readings. I had trouble and replaced both of them and voila my problem was fixed.
