ok i think ive come to the conclusion of the problem being my fuel filter being clogged. it hasnt been replaced in 10000 miles and i replaced the engine igniton this past summer (coil, wires, plugs, opti) i used to rev about 2900 rpm at 80 mph and now im at like 3050-3100 (and yes ive done it enough so its not like im driving in the wind or sumthing) dont get me wrong the motor runs real strong its super fast but when i cruise on the freeway the SES light comes on and flashes and then if i slow down it stops flashing but if i speed up a little and keep it there it starts flashin again. its never done this under around 74mph. my rpms at lower speeds are still what they used to be they never changed just at them higher speeds it does that. like a month ago or so maybe 2 this guy gave me some gas and he said there wasnt anything wrong with it so i thought alright it was only like 6 gallons and i was pretty low so after i put that in i gave the tank back and asked again if there was anything wrong he said no but it had some oil in it cause it was for his boat. so idk if it had like a quart of oil or something i think that might be enough to clog a fuel filter? or contribute to a already cloggin filter?

Find out what the SES lite is complaining about. When the SES lights the the computer automatically disengages the TCC, and the revs go up to maintain the same road speed.

It depends on how much oil, how long its been sitting there, etc. Try using the guide here- maybe this will help you find out. https://camaroforums.com/m_23262/tm.htm

another thing i thought i might say is that i can do 80 and be at like 2900-2950 but if it stays there for about 1 minute it shoots up and the exhaust gets a lil louder. then if i back off at 70 and stay there for about 5 minutes i can go back up to 80 and be at 2900 and then again after a minute itll shoot up and light will start blinking again. so does that sound like it COULD be a clogged fuel filter. i mean it does have about 10000 miles on it. so.

The TCC is the torque converter clutch. Random misfire is usually an ignition problem. You may want to try new plugs and wires first. If still bad check the low voltage connections between Opti, ignition module, and ignition coil, followed by new coil, new ignition module, and new optispark.

There is also a possibility of fuel starvation under load, so you may want to replace the fuel filter, and then test the fuel pressure and pressure regulator.
