theres a pink wire from the ignition fuse that feeds power to the coil, icm and crank sensor. it might cause both your symptoms. otherwise im gona say its the opti.

did you have it dynotuned? edelbrock is not the best product for the lt1. i think the cc 503 would work better on your setup with 1.6 rockers. personally i would sell the heads and intake and have some stock heads and intake p&p'd at elliotts portworks. what size injectors are you using? are the headers 1 3/4?

Yea the headers are 1 3/4. still it should produce more than the 200 rwhp and yea the shop tuned it on the dyno with Jet Tuner. Which cost 900$ total. 400 for the tuner and the 500$ dyno time with a end result of 200 rwhp. My stock motor that I pulled out of that car was better.

Opti is brand new accel, ignition coil new, ignition module new, Knock sensor unplugged because it kept picking up to much noise from headers and roller rockers. I'm clueless.

Wires plugs are also new. Only things that carried over from old block to new were water pump, power steering, alternator, egr and air pump delete. Hooker ypipe borla cat back. So yea I'm CLUELESS.

i think you need to switch to 1.6 roller rockers, what kind of springs and retainers on the valves?
