Default Low Traction Light / ABS engages at 14-15mph when Stopping

Low Traction Light / ABS engages at 14-15mph when Stopping
'95 Z28, manual trans, NO ASR option. Just today I drove the car - it's been a month or so since last drive and when I got to the first stop sign I felt the brake pedal go down, the Low Traction light came on and I ABS'd to a stop. Every time now when slowing down, at 14-15mph it does the same thing.

The car does sit a lot, only has 60K miles but it's never done this. Seems like probably a sensor since it's always at the 15mph point.

Anyone know what to check, clean, etc. so I can avoid the shop?

thanks!

Make sure your vehicle speed sensor is working ok. That is what controls the ABS. Does your speedo read funny?

Hi, yes the speedo appears to be normal - no fluctuation and it appears to be corrctly inidicating speed. Any other ideas out there?
