if theres no water in the oil or oil in the water, inside is ok and the trans and rearend r good, i would say yes. u can most likely pick it up for 16 to 17 hundred. ask for recepts and list of parts installed and when. also ask if its been scanned for trouble codes. if so what codes came up.

 

I would guess water pump is leaking onto the optispark...just a guess though, best thing to do is have it scanned... I was having about the same problem with mine and finally came down to getting it scanned and that was the problem...she runs great now!!
