Default Intermittent Start Problem

I'm at a loss on this one. Car runs fine, sometimes I get a slight gas smell, that's about it. Egr, cats, and rear o2s removed. The car will randomly take 20-30 seconds of cranking to start sometimes. Completely random when. I've recently replaced the spark plugs, wires, fuel pump, evap canister, and fuel pressure regulator. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you checked the fuel pressure with a gauge using the procedure shown in the FSM? There may be one or more leky injectors.

Sorry forgot to post that I checked the fuel injectors. Last time I checked the fuel pressure it bled off slowly. I replaced everything (even the fuel pump thinking the check ball). One thing I do think is weird is that when I replaced my charcoal canister nothing was connected, at all. It might be possible that I messed things up back there when I reconnected everything. Does anyone have a diagram of what everything looks like and where it goes as far as the canister goes?

I don't remember the exact fuel pressure, but I know from what I read it was normal. I left the gauge on the car until I left in the morning and it had bled down to 0 psi. I used NGK Irridiums when I replaced the plugs. And I tested the injectors by pulling up the fuel rail, removing the connectors for the injectors and priming 3 or 4 times and looking for leaks.

i would have the injectors cleaned and flow tested. do you have to give it a little throttle before it starts or does that make any difference? if its getting to much fuel or not enough air like mine does sometimes it will start better with the throttle open when starting. does it make any difference if the car is cold like on first start of day?

I haven't tried giving it a little throttle yet. It hasn't happened in a couple days now though. I've never had a problem starting in the morning.

What's an easy way to check for spark? I have a tester you can plug in and ground, is that good enough? And do I do it on all plugs?
