how many miles, what condition is the outside, ditto inside? got any pictures and/or link to add? best thing you can do is find someone you know to help that is level headed and knows something about cars. next best would be to spend some time on here reading.

Listen to it run. If it sounds like its missing you could be setting yourself up for some fun repairs. Older 4th gens have opti spark issues. It was the first thing I had to replace.

looks like the car is in good shape, its the motor and running gear that is the concern. the firebird on the same page is by far a better car, got a 6 though. depending on how bad the dealer wants to clear yr end invintory you might get either one for 3500.

Make sure that warranty covers any major stuff as well as minor things.
Three months gives you a lot of time to get to know the car, watch for leaks, listen for odd noises, and monitor any engine oil or coolant consumption.
