Default idle down problem

its not a huge problem but something that bothers me when i let off the gas and turn the wheel my car stalls it also idles way down when you let off the gas like at a stop light and is just a sec away from stalling but nevers does.
the car idles at 800 to 900 rpms when when you let off it drop down to about 400 then picks back up and it stalled a couple of times when i ether pulling into my parking spot at work or into my driveway i am asuming cause of the drop in idle and then turning the wheel the car cant pick back up in time
here is what i am running for mods

Comp cam 280 XFI cam #07-467-8
Vortec 1.6 ratio 3/8 roller rockers
pcmforless.com tune
pasesetter off road y pipe
Edelbrock LT1 air gap intake
BBK 58mm throttle body
Pacesetter long tube headers
Tune from pcmforless.com
30lb fuel injectors

here is the video with the car running with a fuel pressure gauge hooked up
