ICM Question

So I am looking at ICM's for my 95 Z, and there seems to be a differentiation between ones that go on an engine with oil cooler, and without the oil cooler. Does it make a difference?

as far as i know all camaro lt1's came with a oil cooler. what icm's and motors are you talking about?
