I think I got a dead stop while driving

I just noticed this so bear with me.
To describe is like when I let off gas and and press it's like a tip throttle dead spot only when I'm cruising highway speeds not while shifting or hot dogging it in lower gears

After getting hit in front my bumper is cockeyed possible wind chop?
No vss signal? Yeah still there lol
Manifold to collector one bolt holding it <possible o2 sensor not liking it?
O adjusted tps awhile back maybe car don't like new setting

Car runs great other than that so has anybody experienced this?

TPS has a bad spot? Check it with a volt-ohm meter.

Or it could just be me?but I'll just get one since they are under warranty

grabbem88 09-01-2011 05:32 PM

Lol I called and the tps is on back order across the nation imagine that

What kind of warranty just gives you a part because you think it might be bad? I would guess a weak EGR valve spring but it could also be the IAC hand off to the Throttle plate (Dirty IAC)

The TPS is a good guess also but is also very easy to test.

Iac is new also but egr has yet been replaced

About the warranty? No clue just know I got a 1 yr warranty and I might as well swap for free

I did take it out to a nice twisty road and flogged it pretty good and it didn't miss a beat. Just when I'm in 6th on interstate and letting off gas I get some weird dead spot it could very well be me but I gotta stay on top of it the car is a 93 m6 with over 220,000 miles on it
