Well it all started when i was racing. I hit 140 when
my Upper Radiator busted. The water in the radiator
sprayed all over my engine. I replaced the upper and
lower hoses. but after i tryd to start my car it wouldnt
crank. So i replaced the coil. it starts but if the car
sits for a couple hrs. it takes for ever to crank. Is it the opti?????????

so the car didnt overheat? does sound like a opti doesnt it.

 

ya it did when the radiator hose blew.

But im trying to replace everything i can on this car. I just purchased a new
opti from summit. To see if thats the problem. and while im add it im gonna
add new high performance spark plugs and wires. (trying to get rdy to install
msd 6AL-2 ignition box and my NOS. tired of it sitting in my room!!!)

 

i was gonna say wires to but u beat me to it.. hope it works. nice ride.

did you go with summit's black cap opti or an msd?

 

MSD all the way around!
Opti, coil, wires, ignition box.
Still have to find time to install it.
as well as my nitrous and cowl hood. grrrr
