Default High Idle

All right boys and girls, got a bit of an issue going on here. Car seems to want to idle up around 1k when in park or neutral. It'll go down to around 600 or so when in gear. Doesn't idle high once you start it...just after you put it in gear. Only reason I know it's doing this is because we have red lights that take forever to change and I put the car in Neutral to help the tranny out a bit.
I'll post a video after I get out of class.

Just CAI and LT headers, EGR delete and some weight reductions. No CEL, like I said, doesn't do it right when you start the car, only after it's put into gear. I was figuring a vacuum leak somewhere too...but they're all good. Loading the vid up on youtube now..

nope doesnt work. have you done any work on your tb? check your iac valve/motor to see if its carboned up and needs cleaning or changed. check your throttle position sensor to see if its set right and working right. check for vacuum leaks, with motor running spray some starting fluid around the intake to see if the idle changes. if so it is leaking at the gasket or is cracked. check the injector o rings for damage. test your egr. test the evap system. some of these tests are covered in the how to and faq sticky at the top of the 4th gen general section.

Haven't touched the TB. But I'll check the TPS and spray some fluid and see what it does. A leak at the air filter wouldn't cause this would it?

Not sure why the video won't work. It's set to public. I'll try again to fix it so you guys can see what I'm seeing.
