well if they are loose and not tightened properly they may not be functioning like they should be and opening and closing the valves like they should.Which could be choking the engine causing it to stall

that is true but they wernt that loose and it is still doing it and would a ignition coil cause these problems by chance

I think the coils would have different types of symptoms. The rockers will be loose, but only some of them, the others will be tight, as they will have tension on them from the springs, cam, lifters etc.. If they are all loose I would get a service manueal ( which I suggest anyways) and tighten them to specs.
When you did the tune up what all did you do, or have done. its more than just an oil and filter change.

right i did plugs wires coil oil and filter air filter the usauals nothing special really it is just pissing me off so i dont know what to do
