Hey Craby, riddle me this. Picked up my car after sitting for a year and it had coolant in the passenger floor board. Haven't touched it and it doesn't heat up, isn't low on coolant but the heat is not there. And everything else appears to be working fine. And if coolant is always flowing through the heater core, then that would lead me to think that the intake hose is blocked?

should be a flow restrictor in one of the hoses, that could be plugged, could be a air lock in the core. are you sure its coolant, drain for heater/ac may be plugged.

Oh yeah, it was the green stuff. I ordered a new heater core anyway, hell a new one was under $40 bucks. Going to tear into it sometime soon, I'll flush it out before I tear it apart just incase, but I'm probably just going to take the old heater core out and check everything when I replace the carpet.
