I have been having this problem for a while now. My car (94' Z28 auto) runs great but has to turn over for a while before is starts. Also when it does this the AC doesn't work, the fan and heater do but no cold air, and both radiator fans stay on all the time no matter what temp the engine is. Once in the middle of all this it started great just like normal and the AC worked, great.... The next time I shut it off, back to the hard starting and other stuff. I have tried going through and checking for loose grounds and connections, none found so far. I cleaned up all battery connections very good but no change. Anyone had this prob before? Where do I begin. Thanks

It sounds like an ignition switch issue since alot of different systems are acting up at the same time. You can start by wiggling the wiring under the column (with cover panel removed) with the engine running to see if anything changes. Otherwise it is alittle more involved to access switch. Anyway, its a good place to start. Good luck
