Default Is this a good price?

There is a camaro for sale here, it doesn't run but it has everything still in it. He is asking $650 for it. Is that a good price? The body does need work, but I more interested in the tranny and engine.

Need more info. Year/options, pictures, and why does it not run. Is it a dead battery or a cracked block or something in between?

Here is a quote from the seller "lt1 engine with transmission both sold as is i bought them and never did anything with it. engine is in car and the body is included no title. good tires but rims have a couple of marks from curb and a 94 camaro transmission included. starter, dual fans everything is there for a swap out."

With no title, you will have a problem making it a drivable car anyway. So you're buying it for parts. Without being able to hear it run, you don't know whether or not the engine or trans are junk. You have to assume the worse, and consider yourself lucky if they are fine. But if the interior is good, as well as the body, then the sum of all the parts of the car is worth it.

I would have to agree if your buying a car for the engine and transmission then you would want to be 100% sure thous things are working. Now for someone like me that would be a good price because I could use alot of body parts from it.

holy gigantor sig batman...

i guess if it were me, i'd buy it for 650...unless of course the block is cracked or other major issues like that are evident. but you could part it out for more than that
