Default fuel rails

I was thinking of putting on a set of stock fuel rails, mine are chopped up for the nos, now my? is will it mess with anything as far as everything else with the fuel system? Its all aftermarket, with 2 fuel pumps, but the second is only one during the spraying. I just dont like how it was set up.
