Default Exhaust Options

I want to get exhaust, and im already set on Pacesetter Longtube Headers. What I want to know is my options for cat-back. For now, if I dont have enough to drop on headers and cat back, is it possible to weld the y-pipe to the stock exhaust, then go back later and install a better exhaust? Also, how difficult is it to do true dual? Is it much more worth it to get true dual compared to a larger (3inch) fake dual?

true duals arent difficult at all. i have bbk shorties and hi flows that run true dual side by side all the way back. if you get LTs, then you could do the same thing, just run the exhaust side by side
