Default Engine Skipping?????

When I start it up it runs fine and drives fine. After about 5-10 minutes of driving it when the engine warms up it starts skipping like crazy and when in gear bucking like crazy. I changed out all the plugs and wires but nothing changed. Im thinking either ignition module or distributor. Has anyone else had a problem like this that could help me out???

When an engine runs fine when cold, but not when it warms up, it can generally be assumed that it's a sensor problem since the engine management system doesn't read all the sensors till it goes into closed loop mode (when the engine heats up). Are you getting a check engine light? If so, get it scanned so you can get an idea of what it may be without throwing parts at the thing.

Sounds like the ICM. They are cheap, and it's easy to replace. Get one, R&R it, and see if the problem continues.

do like 69 is sayin and have it scanned for codes if you can find a place to do it. you have a unusual computer system in your 94 z28. its only in your year. soo it may pay off in the long run to pick up a adld setup from a place like moatts. then you can see whats goin on using your pc, easiest with a laptop. otherwise you could start testing all your sensors to see if you can find it.
