Default Engine Misfires on Cold start up

Was wondering if this is a common problem with modified cars because my car does this all the time now. I get Check engine light flashing when i start the car it throws codes for multiple misfires. After the car has warmed the misfires dont happen anymore. It Does start normally if its warm outside but if cold then the happens every time.

I'll check that later tonight when I get home. Pulled them about 100miles ago and the plugs were fine. It's odd it reminds me of some older cars the require like a ten min warm up time before you drive them LOL. The strange part is if the outside temp is about or above 45ish then it doesn't happen its only happening when the temp get to near 40 or below.

did you have your engine tuned after your mods? Certain mods will change the fuel or timing requirements of the engine's open loop profile. This goes away once the engine is in closed loop since it can get proper air fuel data from the additional sensors.
