Default Egr & Air, Proper removal?

This topic is about my 97 Trans Am LT1 6 Speed. The PO installed Pacesetter Long Tubes and removed the air pump (I think?) My vacuum lines are a mess. There's splits and T's everywhere, and stuff unplugged. To Top it, I just realized that the egr might still be on the back of the intake manifold. Will this cause problems? Everything I've read said to use block off plates. I'm looking for a vacuum diagram, but a writeup on what to remove would be amazing. I took some pictures of the problem areas.

Anyone know what this thing is? It has a sensor in it, but the only output is capped.

This is a vacuum T on the passenger side. The top output goes into the side of the intake manifold. I have no idea where the others go. It's routed funny?

This is an open line coming off what I'm assuming is the egr valve. It's on the back of the intake.

This is on the right side of the intake. It splits into another line, which is capped.

This next one is unrelated. I just want to know what this big black box with this huge wiring connector is. It's right beside where the stock intake drops down into the fender.
Thanks for any help guys.
