ECU needed
Need an ECU for a 1995 Camaro. Service number is 16188051. Anyone got one on the shelf they want to sell?
all else fails there is places like this https://www.garretttuning.com/produc...umber-16188051 also if this is for the hotrod you might consider using a different year that is easier to find and use like a 96. you would need to have the engine wire harness.
Thanks Craby, that's about the cheapest yet. Can't use a 96 because it's OBD II and would require a cam sensor. Don't know if a '94 could be used, must check that out.
not sure but 94 is as odd as the 95. 93 is one I see in allot of hot rods.

Update: Got a used ECU and sent it off for reprogramming but it turned out to be corrupt (bricked). Guy at TunerCats said he could fix it and he DID. Price was right and a new tune. I've only run the engine for a few seconds but it idles nice and will take throttle. First ECU tune has something wrong. Gotta learn how to tune it myself.
