Dude if they turned your flywheel thats the problem taking away material screws up everything since theclutch works in reverse, also ceck that the plastic cup on the end of the slave is ok, i've seen that too. The block that the slave mounts to can be ground or machined down to adjust disengagment.
Like 95polovert said, if you had your flywheel turned they should have given you a spacer to compensate for the amount of material removed. If it wasn't provided then your pedal will have to be depressed farther.
