Default Car is dead at the Gas Station (won't start)

I have a 95 lt1 camaro with 49,000 miles. I just replaced the plugs, wires, entire optispark, and new shorty headers with a single cat. After I finished the job I drove the car to the local muffler shop (open y-pipe) to get the cat welded. After leaving the muffler shop my car died at the stop light. It is below freezing out in Chicago and the car was overheating for a little bit cause I was low on coolant (couple minutes).
Could the fuel lines froze?
Could the overheating burned something out?
The car tries to turn over but dosn't start
Starts with starting fluid then dies so I think it's a fuel problem.

Is there gas in the tank? I suspect your fuel pump in not working, may be a blown fuse, dead pump, bad pump relay, bad pressure regulator, or possibly some wires came loose or burned up in conjunction with the exhaust work. Open the gas cap and listen for the pump whine while someone turns the key to the on position. You should hear the pump run for 3 seconds and then stop. If it runs check the fuel pressure, if it does not run check power to the pump. You really want to try everything else before swapping out the pump.

Yeah the pump definately sounds like it's working, I will check the pressure tommarow. What are some possible solutions to low fuel or no fuel pressure?

Low fuel pressure causes could be a clogged fuel filter, weak pump, bad pressure regulator.

Hey Pete,
I think I found the problem. When I replaced the distributer I think I messed up the wiriring harness connector, the connecting holes in the harness are not uniform. Also I noticed that I might have broke a prong on my accel distributor. It's hard to get a good look at it but can only see three prongs as to four. The distributor is getting power to it but no power out, no spark either.

That would bring the car to a stop. Try to get a new connector or wire around it if you can't find one.
