Default Brake Pad Type/Material

Anyone have a recommendation of what kind of brake pad to get? I don't really "race" it too often (unless some hotdog pulls up next to me), but use it more for a daily driver. I have seen ceramic, Kevlar, graphite, ferro-carbon, etc type brake pads and am confused the pros and cons of each one. Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks!

With aluminum wheels, I prefer ceramic pads since the brake dust doesn't stick to the wheels and turn them black like organic or metallic pads do.

Camaro 69 is correct. Go with the ceramic for less dust, and the dust you do get comes right off. They may cost more but its worth it in performance as well.
