Believe to be security issues
 

Okay so my car has a brand new battery and terminals and it still wont get power when i turn the key. There is a clicking under the glove box and the security light flashes and sometimes is steadily blinking and clicking really fast. HELP what do i do?

Try your spare key first, then try spraying the inside of the lock with contact cleaner & work the key in & out.
