another HP estimation
i am copying and pasting this from an ad on craigslist -
"I have a 1995 Camaro Z/28 with the infamous LT1 Corvette engine, also has full 3 inch magnaflow exhaust, BBK headers, cam, roller rockers, cold air intake, corvette stall converter shift kit,The heads are are lighty ported with 2.02 int / 1.6 exh valves.. Has racing rod & main bearings , high volume oil pump, chromoly rings and extra bolt ons'"
and apparently the tranny and engine have recently been replaced, so don't factor in too much wear and tear(although i haven't seen the car yet, let alone heard anything about any receipts)

impossible to give you any sort of guess here. we would need cam specs which you would want before you ever bought that car...we'd need to know more about the heads...i mean if you're seriously interested in the car then you need to get more details about whats IN the motor

"the infamous LT1 Corvette engine"?
Either it has a Vette engine, or started with the same type of LT1 that cam with the car. Some people, out of confusion, simply call the LT1 the "Corvette engine." There's a difference between them in factory h.p. ratings. But since so many innards have been changed, it doesn't matter much anymore comparing the two.

Whenever people put "lt1 corvette engine" When they're selling their camaro, I ask them why they changed the motor, you know just messin' with them. Usually their like, it comes with the vette motor factory and then I tell them the difference. It usually hurts their feelings. Just like the lt1 Impala SS engine has even less power and cast heads.
