Air intake temp sensor?
i have a 93 z28. i swapped the engine for a 96 Capri lt1 with my old throttle body. Even before the swap if the intake air temp sensor was plugged in it would idle fine and rev in neutral but stall when under any load. If it was unplugged it idles rich and ruff but has plenty of power and runs smooth as long as its under a load. Any ideas on how to fix this. it is fouling spark plugs and leaving carbon marks above the tail pipes.
What Rpm should it be idling at? it is about 450-500 right now.
