Default air box

does anyone know/tried to run a 98 up air box on a 93 camaro?

It's not going to clear the stock hood and the bellows that connects to the throttle body isn't going to be the right size. If you had an aftermarket hood with a little more clearance in the front and maybe some Fernco silicone tubing you may be able to make it work, although I think the K&N style is going to work just as good.

do you know for a fact it wont fit? i think the hood line is the same. i know you cant use the stock bellows, i would use one off like a 96 corvette.

The whole hood and front fascia sit heigher on the 98+ to accomodate the LS1 because it's a taller motor.
