Good call Pete. I guess that little bit of info would have been helpful from the beginning.
On a similar note, I once went to start my car and the thing was completely dead, nothing happened with a turn of the key. Turns out I forgot to reconnect the positive battery terminal. lol

 

I have to ask, why was the reflector wheel left off, just an oops moment?

 

I wish it was as simple as a loose battery terminal. I didnt install the posi personally thats why i asked. Thanks for the info anyway gentlemen. Problem solved
