Hi everyone , I have a 95 z28 6spd. in the past year i have replaced the plugs wires, and opti because it went bad over the summer. about 3 months ago i was driving home from work and it started to buck and shake reall hard for about 5 mins while driving. then all of a sudden it was fine. i went to the store later that night and on my way home doing about 50mph the car just died. i had to wait about 20 mins and then the car would start and then ran fine the rest of the way home. later that night i got called into work and the same thing happend. Any suggestions would be great , i havent done a fuel pressure test yet but i will. for some reason this car allways took a long time to crank up . i know its not the vats because i had it deleted.

 

i would suspect fuel filter, fuel pump or ignition modual.

 

Dang , prob not fuel filter cause i replaced that last spring and i replaced the ignition module about a year ago. guess i gotta get a pressure tester and check that out

 

what kind of opti did u use?
