I know the feeling. I paid 4300 for mine, its now worth about 7,000 without the radio, which is worth 4,000 by itself. I have insurance, so if something happened, I would prolly get a check for 12,000. No thank you, I'd prefer to keep the car. That said, Im broke, never had that much money in one place at one time, and my house is only worth a couple thousand on a sunny day. I'd still prefer the car to the payoff. First thing I'd do, is go buy another Z, and start putting everything back the way it was.

with that said, i have to rebuild the tranny...what upgrades should i get? i have the sun shell, the TCI rebuild with shift kit and corvette servo's, a 2000 stall B&M, a boost valve and a tranny cooler...anything i am missing that would short many years of great camaro fun?
