Default 383 stroker full build

Alright so I'm about to trade my car for a 93 z28. The trans is built, and the engine is built and is now a 383 stroker with a port matched LT4 intake with stock LT1 heads but ported as large as they can go, so the seller says.I've never built an engine before, so I have a few questions.

How can I tell if all this has really been done without firing it up or tearing it apart? He's got the car almost fully together, but it needs an optispark, injectors, and a bigger fuel pump. How much power can I expect to make with this motor? He said it's built with keith black pistons and all forged eagle internals, 1.6 aluminum roller rockers ect ect.

I'm a noob when it comes to building engines, and I'm kind of weary of buying it while it's not running. But if it is what he says it is, it's going to be one hell of a beast.

I have 34# injectors, and a gm opti, the fuel pump should be more than adequate- call me if you are interested in either of those 2523425779-Wiley

well if he has no reciepts then you'll have to look under the valve covers see if there is aluminum rockers wen you get a chance drop the pan and check to see if they r eagle rods and cranks. i forget if there marked where you can see though. the heads you cant tell if the cam is small it may be hard to tell. you cant tell if its been bored out

I'm not worried about it anymore, he's producing invoices and receipts for all the work so that makes me feel alot better.

As far as the suspension and rear end goes, everything is still stock. What do you guys recommend I do to accommodate for so much power? So far the motor and trans are built, its got dynotech lt headers w/ true duals, aluminum driveshaft...
