1996 camaro z28 lt1 problem plz help

Default 1996 camaro z28 lt1 problem plz help

my 1996 z28 lt1 6 speed car has a problem i have to give it gas to crank it also it is kinda sluggish the car dosent spit or sputter just doesnt have the power it should have although its still fast on top end just not on bottom the plugs are good and the wires seem good also there is a vaccum line on the front side of the throttle body under the intake pipe that does not have anything hooked up i have tried plugging it but it doesnt make no difference please help me i dont have the money to take it to a shop

That "vacuum" line sounds like it might be the TB heater hose that someone bypassed not a big deal unless you drive the car in the winter a picture would tell are you getting a service engine light or checked fuel pressure at the rail or checked to see if your your air filter is clogged

i have checked the fuel its 41lbs also the car doesnt have an air filter at this moment wat do you mean

also im not getting the service engine soon

I mean the filter element. By "doesnt have an air filter at this moment" do you mean the element, or the whole assembly? Is anything disconnected or removed, like the MAF sensor, or any other sensors, etc.?

it has the intake pipe just no actually filter and yes all of the sensors are hooked up and seem to be working properly
