I havea 94 Z28 and and just recently I have been having trouble with my Electric Fans. I can't run my car 5 minutes without my Fan Fuse blowing. Here's what I've tried so Far: 1.) Little bigger Fuse (says you can use a 15 amp fuse if in Norway/Sweden)2.) Unhook One Fan at a time to see if one was bad 3.) Put new Set of Fans in Car 4.) Stripped wire loom off of harness to see if there was a visible problem 5.) Tried a totally diffrent Computer 6.) One of the brown wires coming from the fuse box(fan fuse wire) was actually melted, I replaced, but still the fuse blows 7.) replaced Temp. Sending Unit in the Side of the Head and the one on the Water Pump. I really don't have a clue what else it could be, If you have any suggestions that would be awesome.
Thanks, Bradley Smith

well im going to school to be an auto tech and im in an electrical class now, and if your fuse keeps blowing that is just showing you that there is to much power going to it. sounds like a short, you should check the all the wiresrunning tothe fan with a DMM or some kinda testing device.
also dont EVER put a bigger fuse in a spot that is supposed to have a smaller fuse. the fuse is ment to be the weakest spot in the circuit so if somthing happens the weak point (the fuse) will break. if you put for ex a 30amp fuse in a 20 amp spot thenwhen somthing goes wrong its going to skip over the fuse frying a weaker spot in the system. ( yourfans, a computer, anything more expensive than a fuse)It's almost the same as not having any fuse.
