The thank yous are appreciated and so is all the good info. Unfortunatly I can't upload any pics from any of these computers/networks. But its the ugly maroonish color, the paint is in diecent shape but considering it's a cali car, the hood is sun damaged, i might just bring it to macco and say "spray this thing" for a couple hundred bucks, i dunno. I'm not super concerned w/ how it looks, but what I have notice from previous vehicles ive owned is that by dropping a car and inch or two, tinting the windows and a good wax job make a world of difference to the appearance. so eventually i might do that, but im primarily concerned on getting it running good and kinda quick.
oh and to answer about x mas, i think i said im here till febish, so no holidays for me. oh well. there's worse places I could b and it supports the hobbies, so im happy.

well i have about 4k into my motor so far and have everything to put it in the car. that includes the cost of the 4bolt main lt1 and some stock head i picked up on ebay. just want to wait till ive got the trany, headers and exhaust before in install. still driving the car so i will have an extra lt1 to play with after the change. thinking maybe 383 stroker for reserve. lol. or build the lower end for juice. anyways when im done with the motor she should be pushin in the area of 400 hp. elliotts did the heads (le2) and intake and got the cam from him. have the comp cam 1.6 roller rockers and slightly moded roller lifters, goin for the roller timing chain for that extra 8 to 10 hp. 58mm tb and starting with 30lb injectors. have the moroso cai and will be goin with kooks and corsa exhaust. i think ill be going with the raptor trany but am still researching on that. rearend will be a 12 bolt with 373s. wont have mor money till crabbing opens again in dec. at the soonest and wont have time till spring. so next summer is my goal for all but the rearend. gota blow the 10 bolt first. lol plus make mor money. so u goin trick or tricking while ur there. lol. stay safe man. come home in one piece.
