storing the camaro
How many of you store it for the winter?
Do you just leave stored until spring?
Do you do anything to it in the meantime?
How do you store it?
It is the time where mine won`t see the outdoors that much for a while. I have it stored in my heated garage. I also keep the gas tank full. I do take it out on nice days when the roads are clean which isn`t too often. It pretty much sucks that this is the time of the year that I have to look at it more than enjoy driving it. The only good thing is, this is a good time to do mods while it pretty much sits. Hows about the rest of you? What do you do? Just curious.

RE: storing the camaro
I work on my year round. As far as putting a car away for winter, I put a shot of fuel stabillizer in the fuel tank, fog the motor with oil, change the oil, wash the car, then clay bar, then polish, then wax it. Set it on a trickle charger and crack the window a little bit so it doesn't get too musty. If they're performance tires, I do like to take some weight off of them so they don't get flat spots.

RE: storing the camaro
I park mine in the garage....I don't really do anything special to it, I do try and start it every couple weeks and let it come up to temp. I have always had a car that I store in the winter and have never really done anything special to them. A few months sitting is not going to harm anything.
