I've used it a Few times. Haven't had any Issues come up.

I have heard horror stories before. I think it comes down to how it's applied.

When ussed right seefoam is a great tool. It cleans sensors, vacuum lines, injectors, valves, and other intake and fuel system parts. When i sea foam any vehical i add about half the bottle to 2-4 gallons of gas and use the rest in the vacuum lines. The key is to find a line with good vaccum and just sip the cleaner very slow. This will of course make the engine run a little rough and kick out a little smoke. Once you add the rest of the bottle or you kill the engine let the vehical sit for 5-10 minutes then start it get it to idea down a bit, then drive it like you stole it untill the smoke stops and the car runs smooth again.

I have had some good results using sea foam and stronly recomend using it every year or so.

man, read the directions, I been using SEAFOAM for years , never seen white smoke, never had a problem using it. Its not a miracle drug, but it will help, I say help clean injectors, carbs, lifters etc..

So basically Seafoam is similar in function to Stanadine for diesel? Do they sell this Seafoam @ regular old autopart stores like Checker or Autozone??
