Default help getting more torque from ls1 please

I have a 2000 camaro ss with 70000. I would like to get more torque but im not sure what is the best and smartest option. I already have full exhaust, intake lid, msd spark plug wires, and a sct tune. Would a throttle body,or intake manifold help any??

Heads/cam/intake would be your next best step, along with a good dyno tune.

What do you mean when you say intake? Are there any good places where you can get it in a package?

Intake manifold.

Gears would also help in torque, or if you're an A4 a stall. But, as Socom said, Heads/Cam/Intake would be the next step.

You need to do a lot of research about what cam is best for you and what heads and intake manifold best match it. Also, look into all the supporting mods that go with a cam install.

You can but you won't see much improvements depending on what you get you lose on HP/tq. Gotta put some research time in before you buy. Try calling a company which produces what you need. They can narrow down what your looking for better than anyone.

You generally buy everything at once, the cam, intake and heads so you only have to tear down the engine once. And like Slick said, you base it around the cam and you need to do your own research on that.

The OP did not say he had long tube headers and high-flow cat'd y-pipe -- I would start there first.

He said full exhaust, which to me would include those, but if he doesn't then you're right, start there OP.
