The car has ~30K miles is fully loaded, M6, LS6 conversion (says in the add and still has factory exhaust) a dyno sheet is posted showing 375RWHP. The owner is asking $16,500 OBO. How much do you think it's worth and how much should I offer. The only thing I dislike about the car is that it's pewter (I want black or red) and doesn't have ground effects. How much does it cost to add ground effects? $1000?

if it is in mint condition he probably wont go below 15,000 so offer that see what he says and then u two might have to play the couter game. Yes ground effects will be more then a thousand i can tell you that, after you factor in getting it painted and all.
