does any one know about k&n fuel injection performance kit gen 2 (cold air intake systems) if you get better gas mpg on a 2000 Ls1 camaro SS or will it get worst and how much HP will I acutally get and will I notice the diffrence and also what would be better k&n fuel injection performance kit or a SLP lid thanks.[sm=bounceybounce.gif]

 

you will definately get better gas mileage, K & N claims to get around 15-19 hp but its only about 1-2 to the wheels not a big difference but it is a good upgrade

 

thanks for the tip I was really rackin my brain about that so do you think its better for me to get a k& n or a SLP lid Its cool if I get HP out of what ever I buy but I care more about the MPG'S.

 

im not sure what the lids get but no matter what you get it will help your MPGs but its not going to be a huge difference

 

ok and also my I have an auto tranny and it shifts kind of hard from 1-3 gears would a shift kit solve that problem, and I just tranny flush.

ok, well do you think if I add B&M Trick Shift Transmission fluid would that help and if so do you think I should drain my tranny pan and fill it up with only that or just add a quart to the existing fluid because I just had a tranny flush like a month ago thanks.
