Default 2002 ss rear end issues

Hello to all....... I have a 2002 ss automatic it has 93k miles on it. The car is pretty much flawless except a noise i have in my rear end... it feels as if my axle is moving right to left when turning or in hard accel.. I crawled under and checked my tortion or sway bar bolts and one was loose.. After i tightened it back up it helped alot but i still have some noise and something feels loose?????????? please if anyone can help i would really appreciate it

thanks mike

Default rear end

No its not a constant... its a pop or bump noise like the sound of a loose wheel on a hub>>> kinda a knock ... but only on accel or sharp quick turns
