i have a flowmaster on my v6 and it sounds good at idle......but yea not so good at high rpms, not much else you can do, i got 3 inch stainless tips it makes it sound a little meaner

yes glass packs work
but they reduce your flow right?

Oldish thread here, but glasspacks are one of the least restrictive mufflers you can buy.
