whats the difference in single tip exhaust and duel tip exhaust?

Are the Duel tips for better sound or does it help any in horsepower and torqe?

all about appearance...and it would impact the sound by having sound dispersed in two places...but yea...no power gains

Single tip is a single tip, a dual tip is two tips fed from a common source, "duel" tips are two tips having a duel and trying to kill each other.

hey Pete, I actually believe "duel" tips would be something like "shoot the other guy before he shoots you," yours really wasn't a tip at all!;)

Anyway, dual tips can be 2 single tips, or one dual tip, or dual dual tips(see above pic and put one on either side of the car). If you run a true dual exhaust, you can get some power gains, because you'll need both tips. If you run like late model Camaros, you get appearance.
