What produces more torque short-tube headers or long-tube headers?? What are the differences?

A long tube produces more torque, and the differences are just like it sounds, long tube headers have...longer tubes!! That's really the difference and the longer tubes help get more torque in the low and mid range over a shorty(if you really want I can explain the physics of it, but I'll only do so if asked so I don't bore people with useless details).
