Default pros and cons of co2 for cooling (charge coolers/fuels)

lately ive seen alot of cooling systems using co2 to cool down air temp and fuel temp for naturally aspired engine wat are the pros, cons and effects of these systems

The only real con is the cost of around 250-300 bucks. With that being said the PRO's or gains are not all that great. You may gain a few horses but you could spend your money else where for better results.

ok so its not amazing gains and wouldnt help me out that much. wat would you spend that money on
